摘要:

总结严世芸教授辨证论治玫瑰痤疮的临证经验。基于“肝者，干也”角度，认为肝经郁热，卫气失司是玫瑰痤疮的重要发病因素，发病期以肺经风热、脾湿热蕴、气虚血瘀为关键病机，治以清肺泄热，清热利湿，补气化瘀，将疏泄肝气、补益卫气贯穿治疗全程。药主清热疏肝，辅以中成丸散，依辨证施治原则，严谨合方，以达药效协同，气血相和。

Abstract:

Summarizing the clinical experience of Professor YAN Shiyun in the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea. Based on the perspective of “gan zhe，gan ye”，it is believed that the liver meridian is overheated and the wei qi is out of control is an important pathogenetic factor of rosacea，and the key pathogenetic mechanism of rosacea is wind-heat in the lung meridian，the spleen dampness and heat，and the deficiency of qi and blood stasis，so the treatment is to clear the lungs and expel heat，clear heat and relieve dampness，and replenish the qi to eliminate the stasis of qi so that the treatment will be carried through by dredging the liver qi，and replenishing the wei qi. The main medicine is to clear heat and dredge the liver，supplemented by pills and pills of Chinese medicine，according to the principle of diagnosis and treatment，rigorously combining the formula，to achieve synergistic effect of medicine，qi，and blood and harmony.
