| 探讨左心衰竭主要临床表现及体征的中医证候特征。基于中医传统文献，运用中医学学术思维，对左心衰竭的主要临床表现及体征进行辨证分析。左心衰竭临床可见肺肾气虚证、水饮内停证、肾虚水泛证、元气虚脱证等多种证候。左心衰竭以虚证、寒证为多见，虚寒是左心衰竭的主要病机。 |

| To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome characteristics of clinical manifestations and signs of left heart failure. Using the academic thought of TCM to analyze the clinical manifestations and signs of left heart failure based on the TCM literature. Deficiency of pulmonary and renal qi，fluid retention syndrome，edema syndrome due to kidney deficiency，syndrome of qi desertion are the main pathogenesis of left heart failure. Deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome are common in left heart failure，and deficiency cold is the main pathogenesis of left heart failure. |
