| 摘要: |
| 藤类药是张伯礼教授临床辨治肢体功能障碍类疾病常用的一类中药。张伯礼教授临证数十载，对于应用藤类药治疗肢体功能障碍类疾病具有丰富的临床经验和独到的理解。文章梳理肢体功能障碍类疾病核心病机和基本治法，总结张伯礼教授临床常用藤类药种类以及对于藤类药的理解和用药经验，以期体悟张伯礼教授在诊疗时应用藤类药辨治肢体功能障碍类疾病的中医临床经验。 |

| Vine-like medicinal herbs are a category of traditional Chinese medicine frequently employed by Professor ZHANG Boli in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of limb dysfunction disorders. With decades of clinical practice，Professor ZHANG has accumulated profound experience and developed unique insights into the application of these herbs for treating such conditions. This paper reviews the core pathogenesis and fundamental treatment principles of limb dysfunction disorders，summarizes the types of vine-like medicinal herbs commonly used by Professor ZHANG，and explores his understanding and clinical experience in their application，aiming to provide insights into Professor ZHANG’s clinical expertise of traditional Chinese medicine in treating limb dysfunction disorders using vine-like medicinal herbs. |
