| [目的] 为医师、研究人员开展中医药诊治颈动脉狭窄的临床和科研工作提供参考。[方法] 对《颈动脉狭窄中医诊疗指南（2024版）》的核心内容进行详细的解读。[结果] 阐释了中医药诊治颈动脉狭窄的诊断方法、狭窄程度评估、危险因素、治疗原则、病因病机、辨证论治、中成药应用、随访和安全性等内容要点。[结论] 为相关从业人员规范应用中医药诊治颈动脉狭窄提供了指导。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To provide reference for physicians and researchers engaged in clinical practice and scientific research on diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery stenosis with traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] A detailed interpretation was conducted on the core content of Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Medicine in Carotid Stenosis(2024 Edition). [Results] Key aspects were elucidated，including diagnostic methods，stenosis severity assessment，risk factors，therapeutic principles，etiology and pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation and treatment，application of Chinese patent medicines，as well as follow-up protocols and safety considerations. [Conclusion] These guidelines provide standardized recommendations for practitioners to apply traditional Chinese medicine in diagnosing and treating carotid artery stenosis. |
