摘要:

[目的] 探究健脾生血片联合高通量血液透析（HFHD）治疗终末期肾病（ESRD）的临床疗效及对患者微炎症状态和肾功能的影响。[方法] 选取2021年9月—2023年9月收治的120例ESRD患者为研究对象，随机分为两组：对照组60例（HFHD治疗）；观察组60例（健脾生血片联合HFHD方案治疗），比较两组的临床疗效、微炎症状态、肾功能指标、营养指标以及药物不良反应。[结果] 观察组的临床疗效较对照组升高（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组血红蛋白（Hb）、白蛋白（Alb）、转铁蛋白（TRF）等营养指标均比治疗前升高，超敏C反应（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿酸（UA）、血清肌酐（SCr）较治疗前降低，观察组的变化更明显（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率相较于对照组降低（P＜0.05）。[结论] 健脾生血片联合HFHD治疗ESRD可以提高患者的临床疗效，改善患者的微炎症状态以及肾功能指标，安全性高，临床上具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with high-flux hemodialysis（HFHD） in end-stage renal disease（ESRD） and its impacts on microinflammatory state and renal function indicators. [Methods] A total of 120 ESRD patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups：a control group of 60 cases（treated with HFHD）；an observation group of 60 cases（treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with HFHD）. The clinical efficacy，microinflammatory state，renal function indicators，nutritional indicators，and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. [Results] The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，nutritional indicators such as hemoglobin（Hb），albumin（Alb），and transferrin（TRF） in both groups increased compared to before treatment，while high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP），interleukin-6（IL-6），tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α），blood urea nitrogen（BUN），uric acid（UA），and serum creatinine（Scr） decreased compared to before treatment，with more significant changes in the observation group（P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. [Conclusion] The combination of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets and HFHD for ESRD can improve clinical efficacy，microinflammatory state，and renal function indicators，with high safety and clinical value.
