摘要:

探讨了国医大师李佃贵创立的“浊毒”学说在腰骶神经功能紊乱型便秘治疗中的应用。腰骶神经功能紊乱型便秘作为功能性便秘的一种，主要表现为排便困难或不适、排便频率降低，并伴有腰骶部疼痛、麻木等症状。其发病机制与腰骶神经损伤、神经递质紊乱及“浊毒”阻滞经络密切相关。文章详细阐述了“浊毒”入“络”理论的内涵与特性，即“浊毒”通过经络阻滞，导致脏腑功能失调，进而引发便秘等症。提出了化浊解毒、通络润肠的主要治法，通过针灸特定穴位如长强、太溪、大肠俞等，以及自拟方“清浊通络汤”的联合应用，疏通经络、调和气血、恢复脏腑功能，有效缓解便秘症状。临床实践表明，该治疗方法标本兼治，疗效显著。

Abstract:

This article discusses the application of the “turbid toxins” doctrine founded by LI Diangui，a Master of traditional Chinese medicine，in the treatment of lumbosacral nerve dysfunction type constipation. Lumbosacral nerve dysfunction type constipation，as a kind of functional constipation，mainly manifests as difficulty or discomfort in defecation，decreased frequency of defecation，and is accompanied by lumbosacral pain，numbness and other symptoms. Its pathogenesis is closely related to lumbosacral nerve injury，neurotransmitter disorders and “turbid toxins” blocking collaterals. The article elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of the theory of “turbid toxins” entering the “collaterals”，i.e.，“turbid toxins” are blocked through the meridians and channels，leading to dysfunction of the internal organs，which in turn leads to constipation and other symptoms. The main therapeutic principles are to resolve turbidity，remove toxins，unblock the collaterals，and moisten the intestines. Through the combined application of acupuncture and moxibustion at specific points，such as Changqiang，Taixi，and Dachangshu，as well as the self-proposed formula of Qingzhuo Tongluo Decoction，it can dredge the meridians and collaterals，harmonize qi and blood，and recover the functions of the bowels and organs，thus effectively relieving the symptoms of constipation. Clinical practice has shown that this treatment method has demonstrated significant efficacy in addressing both the branch and root aspects of the condition.
