电针治疗膝骨关节炎相关机制的研究进展

摘要:
膝骨关节炎是一种常见的膝关节肌腱和骨骼疾病,好发于中老年人。目前仍未发现根治的方法。电针疗法风险低、疼痛低、成本低、镇痛效果高,在临床中广泛应用于肌肉骨骼疾病,但其机制尚未完全阐明。检索近年来国内外电针治疗膝骨关节炎的相关文献,从抗炎镇痛、调节疼痛传导通路、软骨保护、膝关节微循环、肠道菌群等多个维度,系统综述电针治疗膝骨关节炎的潜在机制,旨在为其临床应用提供科学依据,并为膝骨关节炎的规范化治疗提供新的思路。

Research progress on the mechanisms of electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract:
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) is a prevalent illness of the knee tendons and bones that typically affects middle-aged and older adults. Currently,there is no curative treatment available for KOA. Electroacupuncture therapy is frequently utilized in clinical musculoskeletal illnesses because it is low risk,low discomfort,low cost,and has a strong analgesic effect,but its mechanism is not entirely understood. This research compiles contemporary literature on electroacupuncture treatment of KOA at home and abroad.From multiple dimensions such as anti-inflammation and analgesia,regulation of pain transmission pathways,cartilage protection,microcirculation of the knee joint,and intestinal flora,it systematically reviews the potential mechanisms of electroacupuncture in treating KOA,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its clinical application and offer new ideas for the standardized treatment of KOA.
