| 腹泻型肠易激综合征是临床常见的功能性肠病。葛根芩连汤作为经典方剂，具有升阳健脾、清热化湿、升清降浊之效。现代药理研究表明，该方通过调节肠道菌群、保护肠道屏障、多靶点抗炎、调节免疫平衡等机制发挥治疗作用。当前临床研究显示，葛根芩连汤单用或联合其他疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征，可改善患者症状、提高生活质量，且安全性良好。 |

| Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS-D） is a common functional bowel disease in clinical practice. As a classic formula，Gegen Qinlian Decoction acts to elevate spleen-yang，fortify the spleen，clear heat，resolve dampness，and ascend the clear while descending the turbid. Modern pharmacological research has demonstrated that this formula exerts its therapeutic effects through various mechanisms，including regulating gut microbiota，protecting the intestinal barrier，exerting multi-target anti-inflammatory actions，and modulating immune balance. Current clinical studies have shown that Gegen Qinlian Decoction，either used alone or in combination with other therapies，can alleviate symptoms，improve the quality of life，and has a favorable safety profile in patients with IBS-D. |
