摘要:

介石类药是中药的重要组成部分，在临床中具有广泛的应用。张伯礼教授善于运用介石类药治疗各类疾病，并熟知其药理作用，对于应用介石类药具有丰富的临床经验和独到的理解。文章简要介绍了介石类药的功效及特性，并通过分析龙齿、代赭石、磁石、石膏、牡蛎、珍珠母、石决明等常用介石类药的性味归经、功用特点、配伍应用、药理研究等方面的特色，总结张伯礼教授运用介石类药经验，以期体悟张伯礼教授在诊疗时运用介石类中药的中医临床用药经验。

Abstract:

Shellfish drugs and mineral drugs are important components of traditional Chinese medicine and have extensive applications in clinical practice. Professor ZHANG Boli is proficient in using shellfish and mineral drugs to treat various diseases and is well-versed in their pharmacological effects. Professor ZHANG Boli has rich clinical experience and unique understanding in the application of shellfish drugs and mineral drugs. This article briefly introduces the efficacy and characteristics of shellfish drugs and mineral drugs. By analyzing the characteristics of common shellfish drugs and mineral drugs such as dragon's teeth, ochre, magnetite, gypsum, oyster, nacre and haliotis in terms of their properties, flavors, meridian distribution, functional features, compatibility applications and pharmacological research, it summarizes Professor ZHANG Boli's experience in using shellfish drugs and mineral drugs. In order to understand Professor ZHANG Boli's clinical experience in using shellfish drugs and mineral drugs in diagnosis and treatment.
