| 摘要: |
| [目的] 运用文献计量学方法系统分析针灸治疗肿瘤伴随症状的全球研究现状，揭示其发展脉络、研究热点及前沿趋势。[方法] 检索中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science（WOS）核心数据库建库至2025年2月的相关文献，采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4和VOSviewer软件对发文趋势、核心作者/机构、国际合作、关键词共现及主题演变进行可视化分析。[结果] 纳入文献分析显示，该领域发文量稳步增长；研究力量呈现以中国为核心、多国合作的网络格局，逐步向循证个体化方案发展；关键词演进揭示研究焦点已从早期的癌痛管理，拓展至疲乏、恶心等多症状控制及精准干预，从传统针刺技术到融合电刺激、超声引导等创新手段发展。[结论] 针灸肿瘤症状研究展现出独特的优势，该领域正经历从单一镇痛到综合症状管理、从传统针刺技术到融合现代创新手段的深刻转型，为未来研究指明了向症状群整体管理与精准干预深化的发展方向。 |

| [Objective] To systematically analyze the global research status of acupuncture in treating cancer-related symptoms using bibliometric methods，revealing its developmental trajectory，research hotspots，and frontier trends. [Methods] We retrieved relevant literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） and Web of Science（WOS） core databases from their inception to February 2025. CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer software were employed to conduct visual analysis of publication trends，core authors/institutions，international collaborations，keyword co-occurrence，and thematic evolution. [Results] The analysis of the included literature shows that the number of published papers in this field has been steadily increasing. The research force presents a network pattern with China at the core and multi-country cooperation，gradually developing towards evidence-based individualized solutions. The evolution of key words reveals that the research focus has expanded from early cancer pain management to the control and precise intervention of multiple symptoms such as fatigue and nausea，and has developed from traditional acupuncture techniques to the integration of innovative methods such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound guidance. [Conclusion] Acupuncture research on tumor symptoms has demonstrated unique advantages. This field is undergoing a profound transformation from single pain relief to comprehensive symptom management，and from traditional acupuncture techniques to the integration of modern innovative methods，pointing out the development direction for future research towards the deepening of overall management and precise intervention of symptom clusters. |
