摘要:

国医大师南征教授认为，消渴肾病病位根于“散膏”，标在三焦。“散膏”不利则三焦气化失司，水精代谢紊乱，浊毒内生。毒邪深伏，循气街-咽喉-肾轴内侵，瘀毒互结，损伤肾络，终致肾体受损、肾用失常。南征教授临证以“调散膏、畅三焦”固其本，“护咽喉、透膜原”截其传，“解毒化瘀通络”祛其邪，尤重身心同治，强调“治人”而非治病。文章系统总结其辨治经验，并附验案佐证，以启临床思路。

Abstract:

Professor NAN Zheng，a master of traditional Chinese medicine，posits that the root of diabetic nephropathy lies in the “Sangao”，while its manifestations are located in the Sanjiao. Dysfunction of the “Sangao” leads to deranged qi transformation in the Sanjiao，disrupting water and essence metabolism and resulting in the endogenous production of turbid toxins. These deeply lurking pathogenic toxins invade internally along the Qijie-throat-kidney axis，where they combine with blood stasis to form toxic-stasis complexes that damage the renal collaterals，ultimately compromising the kidney’s structure and impairing its function. In clinical practice，Professor NAN Zheng focuses on “regulating the ‘Sangao’ and unblocking the Sanjiao” to consolidate the root，“protecting the throat and penetrating the Moyuan” to intercept its transmission，and “detoxifying，resolving stasis，and unblocking collaterals” to eliminate pathogenic factors. He places particular emphasis on the simultaneous treatment of body and mind，advocating the principle of “treating the person” rather than merely treating the disease. This paper systematically summarizes his diagnostic and therapeutic experience，supported by a case study，to provide insights for clinical practice.
