基于“祛邪扶正”理论探讨单味中药防治呼吸道合胞病毒感染的研究进展

摘要:

呼吸道合胞病毒感染是导致急性下呼吸道感染的主要原因，尤其是在5岁以下儿童、老年人和免疫功能低下个体中，具有高度传染性，在全球范围内造成了巨大的经济和社会负担。目前国内外尚未研发出安全有效的针对性药物，而中医药凭借其“祛邪扶正”的核心治则、丰富的临床防治实践、广泛的药物来源及独特的治疗方式成为了研究焦点。既往研究表明，中药多组分、多靶点、多途径的作用特点，恰好契合“祛邪以除病源、扶正以固根本”的需求，使其在呼吸道合胞病毒感染的防治中具有极大的优势和潜力。文章基于“祛邪扶正”理论对单味中药防治呼吸道合胞病毒感染的研究进展进行归纳总结，以期对中药防治呼吸道合胞病毒感染的广泛临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Respiratory syncytial virus infection is a major cause of acute lower respiratory tract infection，especially in children under five years of age，elderly，and immunocompromised individuals，with high transmissibility，and has caused tremendous economic and social burdens worldwide. At present，there is no safe and effective drug that has been developed both domestically and internationally，while traditional Chinese medicine，with its core therapeutic principle of “expel pathogenic factors and reinforce healthy qi”，clinical prevention and control practice，extensive sources of drugs，and unique treatment methods，has become the focus of research. Previous studies have shown that the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine，such multi-component，multi-target，and multi-pathway effects，fit perfectly with the requirements of “expel pathogenic factors to eliminate the source of disease，and reinforce healthy qi to consolidate the root of the body”，making it extremely advantageous and potential in the prevention and treatment of respiratory syncytial virus infection. This article will summarize the research progress single traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of respiratory syncytial virus infection based on the theory of “expel pathogenic factors and reinforce healthy qi”，order to provide a theoretical basis for the extensive clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of respiratory syncytial virus infection.
