| 房性早搏是指比窦性心律提前出现的起源于心房的异位搏动，是临床常见的心律失常之一，属于中医“心悸”“怔忡”范畴。翁维良教授认为该病的核心病机为气阴两虚、心神失养、肝郁血瘀，临证以益气养阴、定悸复脉为本；解郁安神、心肝同调既是关键切入点亦为翁教授治疗心血管疾病的学术特色之一；在活血化瘀药物的选择方面以和血药为主，配伍理气活血药，养血不留瘀，通中寓补，散中有收。 |

| Atrial premature beats which refer to ectopic beats originating from the atria that occur earlier than the normal sinus rhythm are one of the common arrhythmias in clinical practice，and belong to the category of traditional Chinese medicine“palpitation”. Professor WENG Weiliang believes that the core pathogenesis is deficiency of qi and yin，malnutrition of heart spirit，liver qi stagnation and blood stasis. Therefore，the remarkable effect has been shown by the flexible application of reinforcing qi and nourishing yin， relieving depression and calming the mind，harmonizing the heart and liver，regulating qi and invigorating blood. |
