| 目的 构建《过敏性紫癜中医诊疗指南》修订的临床问题和结局指标。方法 在前期文献研究的基础上，结合专家访谈意见，拟定原始临床问题和结局指标清单，制作专家调研问卷并发放给共识组专家；统计分析第一轮问卷调研结果，汇总整理专家意见，制定并发放第二轮调研问卷；分析专家问卷调研结果，最终确定指南修订的临床问题和结局指标。结果 经过两轮德尔菲法，共纳入14个临床问题和27个结局指标，问卷专家积极系数为93.18%、84.09%，格朗巴赫α系数分别为0.95、0.89，权威系数分别为0.87、0.85，专家积极性较高，权威度高，问卷可信度较高。结论 通过德尔菲法调研构建了《过敏性紫癜中医诊疗指南》修订的临床问题与结局指标，为后续指南修订工作奠定良好基础。 |

| Objective To establish the clinical questions and outcome indicators for the revision of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for henoch-schoenlein purpura.Methods Based on the preliminary literature review, combined with the expert interview opinions, the list of original clinical questions and outcome indicators was formulated, and the first round of expert survey questionnaires was formulated, which was distributed to the experts of the guideline consensus group. After statistical analyses and summary of the initial round of questionnaire surveys and expert opinions, the second round of survey questionnaires was developed and distributed to the consensus expert group. Finally, the clinical questions and outcome indicators for guideline revision were determined.Results Delphi method: After two rounds of expert questionnaire surveys and analyses, a total of 14 clinical questions, 27 outcome indicators were determined, expert response rates were 93.18% and 84.09%, and the Cronbach's Alpha were 0.95 and 0.89, authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.85, which demonstrated that the experts were positively motivated and authoritative, and the questionnaires were highly credible.Conclusion This study identified the clinical problems and outcome indicators of the revised Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for henoch-schoenlein purpura, through the Delphi method, which provides a good basis for subsequent guideline revision. |
