恶性肿瘤从“浊”论治

摘要:

基于“浊”致病理论视域，恶性肿瘤是机体在本元亏虚的基础上，加之致癌因素的长期刺激，脏腑功能失衡，三焦气化失司，浊邪内生，与毒、瘀、痰等相搏结，变生癌浊，久踞虚所，气涩血浊，发为癌瘤。基于癌浊病机特性和正气内虚的发病基础，辨治施以“黜浊培本”治癌法则，针对不同癌种全程管理，各阶段权衡“罢黜癌浊”与“培植本元”尺度，以“治中”为根本点，以“疏利三焦”为着力点，以“气机调达”和“气血充盈”为落脚点，以期浊化正安、阴平阳秘。

Abstract:

Based on the pathogenic theory of “zhuo”，the article proposes that malignant tumors arise from constitutional deficiency coupled with prolonged exposure to carcinogenic factors，leading to visceral dysfunction，impaired sanjiao qi transformation，and endogenous turbid pathogens. These turbid evils amalgamate with toxins，stasis，and phlegm，eventually evolving into aizhuo that lingers in deficient areas，causing qi stagnation and blood turbidity，ultimately manifesting as malignant neoplasms. Guided by the pathological characteristics of cancerous turbidity and the constitutional deficiency pathogenesis，the treatment principle of “Chuzhuo Peiben” is applied in cancer management. This approach involves disease-stage-specific modulation of “turbidity eradication” and “root reinforcement” throughout the therapeutic course for different malignancies. The strategy centers on “regulating the sanjiao”as the foundational focus，prioritizes “dredging the sanjiao” as the therapeutic pivot，and aims to achieve “qi dynamic harmony” and “sufficient qi-blood” as treatment endpoints. The ultimate goal is to resolve turbidity，restore healthy qi，and reestablish yin yang equilibrium.
