| 信息技术的快速发展与应用推动了临床研究模式的变革和研究场所的转变。在“以患者为中心”药物研发理论框架下，真实世界研究、“去中心化”临床研究进一步得到重视，为适应新的发展趋势，中医药领域亟需构建“去中心化”研究场所，而“研究型药店”是重要的可行途径之一。文章系统阐述了“研究型药店”的概念，探讨其作为中医药去中心化临床研究场所的实践程序，并为相关研究的开展提供借鉴，推动研究型药店在药品供给、健康服务和临床研究方面发挥新的作用。 |

| The rapid development and application of information technology has promoted the transformation of clinical research mode and research site. Under the theoretical framework of “patient-focused”，real-world study and decentralized clinical trial have further attention. In order to adapt to the new development trend，it is urgent to build a decentralized research site of traditional Chinese medicine，and research-oriented pharmacy is one of the feasible ways. This paper systematically expounds the concept of research-oriented pharmacy，discusses its practical specifications as a site of decentralized research of traditional Chinese medicine，and provides references for the related research，so as to promote the pharmacy to play a new role in drug supply，health services and clinical research. |
