中医药防治脓毒症心功能障碍的相关信号通路研究进展

摘要:

脓毒症是一种由细菌等病原生物侵入机体内引起的全身炎症反应，继而诱发脓毒性休克和多器官功能障碍。心功能障碍是导致脓毒症患者死亡的主要原因，病死率超过70%。中医药用于治疗脓毒症具有多靶点、多通路、多机制的特点，可以通过抑制炎症反应、调节细胞自噬、抗细胞凋亡等来缓解脓毒症造成的心功能障碍，但其相关分子机制仍需要进一步探索。系统性地梳理了中药在治疗脓毒症引起的心功能障碍中涉及的相关信号通路，旨在为未来的研究和临床治疗提供科学依据和参考。

Abstract:

Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response caused by the invasion of pathogenic organisms such as bacteria into the body，which in turn induces septic shock and multi-organ dysfunction. Cardiac dysfunction is the leading cause of death in patients with sepsis，with a mortality rate of more than 70%. The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis has the characteristics of multiple targets，multiple pathways，and multiple mechanisms，which can alleviate cardiac dysfunction caused by sepsis by inhibiting inflammatory responses，regulating autophagy，and anti-apoptosis，but its related molecular mechanisms still need to be further explored. This review systematically sorts out the relevant signaling pathways involved in the treatment of cardiac dysfunction caused by sepsis，aiming to provide scientific basis and reference for future research and clinical treatment.
