| 糖尿病与非酒精性脂肪肝病是临床常见的代谢性疾病，两者发病机制密切相关，常相兼为病。从“机-证-治”理论框架认识代谢性疾病的发生发展及诊疗，具有重要的指导意义。文章从湿、热、瘀、毒、虚等不同证候要素对糖尿病与脂肪肝共病的“机-证-治”进行探讨，分析南征教授治疗糖尿病与脂肪肝的“共病”经验，为今后临床上治疗共病，提供一种新的思路与方法。 |

| Diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are clinically common metabolic disorders with closely interrelated pathogenesis，often occurring as comorbidity. The “pathogenesis-syndrome-treatment” theoretical framework provides significant guidance for understanding the development and clinical management of metabolic diseases. This article explores the application of this framework in diabetes-fatty liver comorbidity through syndrome elements including dampness，heat，stasis，toxin，and deficiency，analyzing Professor NAN Zheng’s clinical experience，thereby providing new insights and methods for future clinical management of comorbidity. |
