| 火针和温针均为针灸临床常用的治疗技术，均具有温通作用，可用于治疗寒证和热证。通过分析火针与温针的起源、发展及寒热证主治特点，试从两者温通作用差异出发，探析火针与温针治疗寒热证的机制，比较两种疗法治疗寒热证的异同，以期能促进火针与温针的临床应用。 |

| Both fire needling and warm acupuncture are commonly used in clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion. They both have Wentong effect and can be used to treat cold and heat syndrome. By analyzing the origin and development of fire needling and warm acupuncture and the treating characteristics of cold and heat syndrome，this paper tries to explore the mechanism of fire needle and warm acupuncture in treating cold and heat syndrome from the difference of their Wentong effect，and compares the similarities and differences of the two therapies in the treatment of cold and heat syndrome，hoping to promote the clinical application of fire needling and warm acupuncture. |
