基于《黄帝内经》“因心致疡”理论探讨溃疡性结肠炎的五行辨治

摘要:

溃疡性结肠炎是由环境、免疫、心理等多因素介导，以结直肠病变为主并影响全身的疾病。基于黄帝内经“诸痛痒疮，皆属于心”理论，结合古代文献和现代医学研究成果，以“因心致疡”核心病机为切入点，提出脏“心”与溃疡性结肠炎密切相关。根据五行生克乘侮法则分析其传变特点，总结“心”因性溃疡性结肠炎的五行病机，治疗上分别从清心宣肺、凉心疏肝、泻心固肾、补心健脾等方面探讨溃疡性结肠炎的辨治策略，以期指导临床应用。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis is a disease that is mediated by multiple factors such as environment，immunity，and psychology. It mainly affects the colon and rectum and has systemic effects. Based on the theory of “all pains，itching，and ulcers belong to the heart”， combined with ancient literature and modern medical research，it is proposed that “heart” disease is closely related to ulcerative colitis. Analyzing the pathological characteristics of ulcerative colitis in different stages，it is believed that the evolution of “heart” disease in ulcerative colitis follows the five-element pathological patterns. In terms of treatment，the strategies for different stages of ulcerative colitis include clearing the heart and promoting lung function，cooling the heart and promoting liver，purging the heart and consolidating the kidneys，and tonifying the heart and spleen. This study aims to provide guidance for clinical application.
