Abstract:
The bone, tendon and muscle system are important structures to maintain the stability and functional activities of the knee joint. The imbalance of the muscle and bone can induce knee osteoarthritis(KOA). With the continuous development of the concept of knee preservation, knee osteotomy has become one of the effective treatment methods for this disease. Based on the theory of “bone is right and tendons are soft and solid”,aiming at the pathological state of muscle and bone imbalance in patients with KOA,the regulating effect of knee osteotomy in treating KOA is analyzed. By removing part of bone to “regulate bone”,improving the soft tissue state around the knee joint to “soften tendons”,and postoperative functional exercise to “solid flesh”,the two-way regulating effect is played to restore the overall stability of the knee joint. To achieve the balance of muscles and bones,in order to enrich the theoretical basis of knee osteotomy treatment of KOA.
