仙茅化学成分及抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘要:

仙茅是一种中医临床常用中药，性温或热，味辛或甘，具有补肾阳、强筋骨、祛寒湿的功效，临床广泛应用于治疗虚弱、黄疸、哮喘、阳痿、四肢瘫软等。有文献报道仙茅有一定的抗肿瘤活性，其中主要成分酚及酚苷类、三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类等均有一定的相关报道。文章对仙茅的酚及酚苷类、三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类成分抗肿瘤相关研究进行综述，为后期仙茅抗肿瘤作用的研究提供一些参考，也为临床运用仙茅治疗肿瘤提供新思路。

Abstract:

Curculigo orchioides Gaertn. is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice with a warm or hot nature，a spicy or sweet taste and the functions of strengthening kidney yang，strengthening tendons and bones，and dispelling cold and dampness. It is widely used in clinical practice to treat weakness，jaundice，asthma，impotence，and paralysis of the limbs，etc.There have been reports in the literature that Curculigo orchioides Gaertn. has certain anti-tumor activity，and its main components such as phenolic compounds，phenolic glycosides，triterpenoid saponins，flavonoids，and polysaccharides have all been reported to have some relevance. This review summarizes the anti-tumor related research on the phenolic compounds，phenolic glycosides，triterpenoid saponins，flavonoids，and polysaccharides of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.，providing some references for the subsequent research on the anti-tumor effects of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.，and also providing new ideas for clinical use of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn. in the treatment of tumor.
