| [目的] 探究热敏灸联合射频热凝靶点消融术对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛、腰椎活动度的影响。[方法] 选取在本院接受治疗的LDH患者118例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为消融组和热敏组。其中消融组采用射频热凝靶点消融术治疗,热敏组在消融组的基础上加用热敏灸治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、腰椎活动度、疼痛及相关评分指标、并记录不良反应。[结果] 热敏组总有效率为91.53%,高于消融组的76.27%(P<0.05)。热敏组患者主症证候积分、次症证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)均低于消融组(P<0.05);热敏组患者伸展、侧屈、前屈角度、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分均高于消融组(P<0.05)。[结论] 热敏灸联合射频热凝靶点消融术治疗LDH患者有较好的疗效,可有效减轻疼痛,提高腰椎活动度,改善腰椎功能,促进患者恢复,且安全性高。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation on pain and lumbar mobility in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). [Methods] A total of 118 LDH patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to an ablation group or a combination group via a random number table. The ablation group received radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation alone,while the combination group received additional heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy. Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lumbar mobility,pain and related scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the ablation group(91.53% vs. 76.27%,P<0.05). The combination group showed lower scores for primary and secondary traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,visual analog scale(VAS),and oswestry disability index(ODI) compared to the ablation group(P<0.05). Moreover,the combination group exhibited greater range of motion in lumbar extension,lateral flexion,and anterior flexion,as well as higher Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) scores than the ablation group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion and radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation demonstrates favorable therapeutic effects for LDH patients. It can effectively alleviate pain,improve lumbar mobility and function,promote recovery,and exhibits a high safety profile. |
