中药药对治疗肺纤维化药理作用的研究进展

摘要:

肺纤维化是一种进行性、破坏性和致命性的间质性肺疾病。随着肺纤维化全球疾病负担的日益加重，患者的生存质量和生命健康受到严重影响。研究发现，中医药辨证施治对肺纤维化具有独特优势，中药药对既可作为复方制剂的组合，亦可独立构成精简方剂，在临床应用中具有高度灵活性。基于中国知网文献检索，筛选出39篇相关研究，归纳出养阴润燥、补肺益气、补肺益肾、活血化瘀4类共10组中药药对及研究进展，为肺纤维化的中医药防治提供临床参考。

Abstract:

Pulmonary fibrosis is a progressive，devastating and fatal interstitial lung disease. With the increasing global disease burden of pulmonary fibrosis，patients’ quality of life and health are severely impacted. Research has shown that traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation-based treatment offers unique advantages for pulmonary fibrosis. Chinese herb pairs can serve both as combinations in compound formulations and as independent simplified formulas，demonstrating high clinical flexibility in clinical application. Based on a CNKI literature search，39 relevant research articles were identified and reviewed. The findings were categorized into four types（nourishing yin and moistening dryness，tonifying the lung and boosting qi，tonifying the lung and kidney，activating blood circulation and resolving stasis），encompassing 10 groups of herb pairs and their research progress，thereby providing clinical references for the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
