浅谈叶天士验齿诊法及临床应用

摘要:

文章指出验齿始于《内经》,清代温病学家发展了齿龈诊法,将齿龈变化作为温热病胃津肾液存亡的征兆,将验齿作为温病诊断的独特方法之一。本文就叶天士《温热论》中有关验齿的论述及应用加以归纳总结,对临床辨证论治起到很大的作用。

Abstract:

Diagnosis of observing teeth was recorded in Neijng(Canon of Medicine)earlistly.Up to Qing dynasty,it was further developed by physicians on treating epidemic febrile diseases.The gingival change were the sign to show whether the stomach and kidney's fluid was survivaled or not,and this was considered as one of the unique diagnostic methods.In this article,the author summarizes the descriptions and applications of observing teeth in Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases by Ye Tianshi.And it will play a significant role in diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms.
