目的: 研究活血化瘀注射液(HHI-Ⅰ)对重型急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠肺CD11b/CD18表达的影响.方法: 将大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组;模型组;治疗组,引发SAP后即刻经颈静脉输入HHI-Ⅰ,0.1mL/100g体质量,共3h;已知药对照组输入复方丹参注射液(DSHIco),剂量、时间同组3.组2、3、4分别于治疗后1、3、6及24h处死动物10只,取肺及胰腺组织标本,免疫组化法测定CD11b/CD18表达.结果: 各组胰腺组织中均未检出CD11b/CD18活性.组2动物于SAP后3h见肺组织CD11b/CD18表达增加.组3动物于HHI-Ⅰ治疗后1h见肺CD11b明显下降(与组2、4同时间相比p<0.05),3、6、12小时进一步降低(p<0.01);肺CD18于治疗后各阶段均明显下降(与组2、4相应时间比较p<0.01).组4动物肺CD11b/CD18均无明显降低.结论: HHI-Ⅰ可使SAP大鼠升高的肺CD11b/CD18表达明显降低;DSHIco无类似作用. |

Objective: To investigate the effect of Huoxue Huayu Injection(HHI-Ⅰ) on the expression of CD11b/CD18 in lung tissue of rats with severe actue pancreatitis(SAP).Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,each containing 10,50,50 and 50 rats.1.Sham operation group.2.Model group.3.Treatment group.Intravenously HHI-Ⅰ,ml per hour for 3 hours,was administered immediately after inducing SAP through jugular vein.4.Known effective medicime group.Instead of HHI-Ⅰ Dan Shen Injection composite(DSHIco) was given at the same dosage as HHI-Ⅰ.10 rats in group 2,3,4 were sacrificed at 1,3,6,and 24 hour after treatment separately and pancreas and lung tissue samples were harvested for CD11b/CD18 examination using immunochemistry technique.Results: We could not detect any activities of CD11b/CD18 in pancreas.In group 2,the expression of CD11b/CD18in lung of rats began to increase at 3 hour after SAP.For rats in group 3,the activity of CD11b of lung markedly decreased at1hour after SAP(compared with group 2,4 P<0.05).Further decreasing was found at3,6,12 hours(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the CD18 expressions of lung in every time points were all decreased(compared with group 2,4 P<0.01).In group 4,similar changes of the expression of CD11b/CD18 of lung were not noticde.Conclusion: HHI-Ⅰ can significantly decline the increased expression of CD11b/CD18 of lung in SAP rats.DSHIco hasn't similar effect. |
