中药对血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用的研究*

摘要:
[目的]研究中药抑制血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)生长增殖的作用和机制。[方法]采用3H-TdR(氚胸腺苷)掺入和外源性c-juncDNA在血管平滑肌细胞中表达的方法,观察血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)生长增殖变化。[结果]与对照血清+内皮素组(cpm2534.54±54.22/105细胞)相比,中药血清+内皮素组(cpm1104.33±37.31/105细胞)血管平滑肌细胞3H-TdR掺入量有显著下降(P<0.01),而且血管平滑肌细胞原癌基因的c-junmRNA表达也较弱。[结论]本实验表明复方丹参对血管平滑肌细胞增殖及其原癌基因c-junmRNA的表达有明显的抑制作用。

Inhibition of Chinese material medica on vascular smooth muscle cell hyperplasia

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the effect and mechanism of Chinese material medica on the inhibition of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) hyperplasia. [Methods] 3H-TdR incorporation and expression of c-jun cDNA in VSMC was used. The growth and hyperplasia of VSMC were observed. [Results] The amount of 3H-TdR incorporation in serum+endothelin-1 with Chinese herbs group (cpm 1104.33±37.31/105 cell) was lowered than that in serum+endothelin-1 group (cpm 2S34.S4±54.22/105 cell) with a significant difference (P<0.01). And the c-jun mRNA expression of carcinoma insitu to was also weaker in the former group. [Conclusion] It shows that compound Danshen dripping pills can inhibit the hyperplasia of VAMC and c-jun mRNA expression of carcinoma insitu.
