| [目的]通过高压液相法测定愈风宁心滴丸中葛根素的含量。[方法]色谱柱:CLC-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相:甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长:250nm。[结果]平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.94%。[结论]本法准确、快速、简便。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To detect the content of Gengensu in Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pill by HPLC. [Methods] The chromato-graphic column was CLC-ODS (2SOmm×4.6mm, 10μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (25:75). The detective wave was 250nm. [Result] The average recovery rate was 99.14% and the RSD was 1.94%. [Conclusion] This technique is accurate,rapid and handy. |
