| [目的]测定真菌竹黄中过氧麦角甾醇的含量。[方法]用乙酸乙醇回流提取,以水萃取,经理化性质和光谱鉴别确认。[结果]其中一个为较少见的过氧甾醇,即5α8α-过氧麦角甾-622E-二烯-3β-醇。[结论]真菌竹黄中含有极小量的过氧麦角甾醇。 |

| [Objective] To determine the contents of peroxy -ergosterol in fungus zhu huang.[Methods] Reflux and extraction by alcohol and acetic acid, extraction by water, identification and ascertainment by physics chemistry character and spectrum.[Result] One of them is a
rarely seen peroxy-ergosterol, that is Sa,Ba-peroxy-ergosterd-6, 22E-Dime-3(3-alcohol.[Conelusion] Fungus Zhuhuang contains extremely small quantity of peroxy-ergosterol. |
