浅论妇女情志致病与脏腑关系及中医治疗特点

摘要:

中医学认为人的情志活动与脏腑功能关系密切,七情内伤是重要的致病因素。结合女性生理和心理特点,阐述妇女情志致病与脏腑之关系,说明情志因素主要导致心肝肾等脏功能失调,引起经带胎产诸病的发生。在治疗上通过养心安神,疏肝解郁、交通心肾,以情胜情等方法调畅情志,恢复脏腑功能,是中医治疗特点。

Abstract:

There is a close relationship between the visceral function and emotional activity.Combining with woman's psychological,physiological characters,this article expounded the relationship of the diseases by emotion injury with viscera. It showed that the emotional factors played an important role in the functional disorder of heart,liver and kidney,and so resulted in the occurrence of all kinds of diseases of menstruation.leukorrhea,fetus and labour.For treatment,re,lating and smoothing the emotion,recovering the viscera function by nourishing the heart and tranquiling the mental,smoothing liver and removing depression,making the coordination between heart and kidney,overcoming emotion witq emotion etc.are the therapeutic character of TCM.
