摘要:

《红炉点雪》是明代医学家龚居中所著,其学术思想对后世影响很大。全书四卷,卷一、卷二论述痨瘵,卷三为杂证补遗,卷四为灸法及养生调息等。主要学术思想认为痨瘵以火阴虚为本,治疗顾护肺肾。用药物养生,守法施治。提倡热病热灸,反对泥古禁忌等。

Abstract:

Hongludianxue was written hy GONG Ju-zhong,a doctor of Ming dynasty.The academic thought in this book influenced the later generations greatly.The whole hook was composed of four tomes.The tuberculosis was discussed in tome one and tome two.Tome three was a complement to miscellaneous syndrome.Moxihustion and life-cultivation were discussed in tome four.Main academic thoughts were as follows:the essential reason of tuberculosis was Yin and fire deficiency and Protecting lung and kidney is necessary treatment.Life-cultivation would he accomplished with medication and its treatment in accordance with principle.It was advocated that treating fever was carried out with hot moxibustion and in compliance with crncients hlindlv would be opposed etc.
