| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察运用“解毒化瘀补肾”立法组成的中药“宁骨Ⅰ号”对骨性关节炎的抗炎镇痛作用。[方法]制作炎症及镇痛模型,观察“宁骨Ⅰ号”治疗骨性关节炎的作用。[结果]“宁骨Ⅰ号”有明显的抑制巴豆油、角叉菜胶引起的鼠耳及鼠足肿胀,能明显减少小鼠醋酸扭体反应及小鼠甩尾反应的次数。[结论]“宁骨Ⅰ号”有较强的抗炎镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To ohserve the anti-inflammation and analgesia function of Chinese heths Ninggu Ⅰ,formed with the principle of detoxication,removing hlood stasis and replenishing the kidney. [Methods] The function of treating osteoarthritis with Ninggu Ⅰ was observed in inflammation and analgesia model.[Result] Ninggu Ⅰ had obvious effect of inhibiting croton oil and carrageen glue induced edema of rat's ears and feet.It could decrease rat's twisting body response by acetic acid evidently and rat's swing tail times.[Conclusion] Ninggu Ⅰ has strong function of anti-inflammation and analgesia. |
