| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立止咳清热合剂含量测定的薄层扫描法,并测定5批样品中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。[方法]采用双波长薄层扫描法测定其中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。[结果]盐酸麻黄碱在0.83～4.98μg有良好的线形关系,平均回收率99.4%,峰面积(RSD)=2.14%。[结论]该方法简便,重现性好,可供质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish the thin-layer scanning method for content mensuration in "Zhike-qingre" mixture,and detect the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in five group samples.[Methods] The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was detected by double wavelength thin-layer scanning method. [Result] Good linear correlation in 0.83-4.98μg of ephedrine hydrochloride was observed,and the average recovew rate was 99.4%,with RSD 2.14%.[Conclusion] This rnethod is simple,has good reproducibility,and can be used as a method for quality control. |
