摘要:

[目的]探讨益气养阴活血化瘀法诱导微小残留白血病细胞凋亡的发生机制。[方法]建立微小残留白血病大鼠型,通过FCS法观察细胞凋亡率和脾细胞周长。[结果]治疗组凋亡率明显高于模型组,而模型组中G₂+M期细胞率明显高于中药治疗组。[结论]益气养阴活血化瘀法可以诱导白血病细胞凋亡,有效治疗微小残留白血病。

Abstract:

[Objective] To discuss the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu (tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation) in treating apoptosis revealed in minimal residlual leukemia in rate.[Methods] Minimal residual leukemia in rats rats was inclucecl and the rate of the apoptosis and the circuit of spleenic cells was detected by FCS.[Result] The apoptosis ratio in therapy group was higher than that in model group than therapy group.[Conclusion] the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu can treat leukemia by inducing apoptosis.
