中药清解灵对急性重症胆管炎大鼠肝肺脏器损伤的保护作用

摘要:

[目的]观察中药清解灵配合胆管减压内引流对急性重症胆管炎大鼠肝、肺组织的治疗作用。[方法]制造大鼠急性重症胆管炎模型和胆管减压内引流手术模型。Wistar大鼠53只随机分为正常、造模、减压和中药治疗4组。光镜观察各组大鼠肝、肺脏器的组织学变化。放免分析方法测定各组大鼠肝、肺组织的前列腺素/栓素血(PGF_1α/TXB₂)比值。[结果]急性重症胆管炎大鼠肝、肺脏器组织损伤严重,肝、肺组织中的比值显著下降。中药配合胆管减压治疗对急性重症胆管炎大鼠肝、肺脏器有保护作用,仅表现轻、中型病理损害,组织中的比值明显增高。[结论]中药配合胆管减压治疗对急性重症胆管炎大鼠肝、肺脏器的损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effects of medical herbs combined with internal cholecfochal drainage on liver and lung damage in rats with acute cholangitis of seve e type (ACST).[Methods] The experimental preparation with ACST and choleclochal internal drainage in rats waa made.Fiftythree rats were randomly divided into four groups: the normal group,model group,internal choledochal drainage group and medical herbs group.Morphological changes of rat's liver and lung in various groups were examined under microscope.The PGF_1α/TXB₂ ratio of hepatic and pulmonary tissue samples from variurs groups were determined with radio immunoassay.[Result] The damage of liver and lung in rats with acute cholangitis of severe type shoived a marked pathlogical change.The PGF_1α/TXB₂ ratio in hepatic and pulmonary tissue dropped significantly.Mild and moderate morphological changes in hepatic and pulmonary tissue samples were found in the treated group by medical herbs combined with internal choledlochal drainage.The PGF_1α/TXB₂ ratio of the above-mentioned tissues showed a remarkable increase.[Conclusion] The therapy with medical herbs comhinecl with choledochal drainage can protect the liver and lung of rats with acute cholangitis of severe type.
