砂炒马钱子HPLC指纹图谱的研究*

摘要:
[目的]建立砂炒马钱子的指纹图谱。[方法]采用色谱分析法建立砂炒马钱子的指纹图谱,色谱指纹图谱条件:色谱柱为Krom asilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(每100mL水含乙酸1mL含三乙胺0.05mL)二元梯度洗脱(乙腈5%/0min~10%/20min;10%/20min~12%/60min);柱温为25℃;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为260nm。[结果]10批砂炒马钱子有9个共有峰,相对保留时间的重现性较好,RSD<0.36%;方法学考察稳定性、重现性、精密度RSD小于5%。[结论]初步建立了砂炒马钱子生物碱药效部位指纹图谱的分析方法,该方法可作为鉴别砂炒马钱子的依据。

Investigation on HPLC Finger Printing of Stir-baked Semen Strychni in Sand

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish the finger printing of stir-baked semen strychni in sand. [Methods] To establish the finger printing of stir-baked semen strychni in sand by using the (hromatographic analysis methods. The chromato finger printing condition:chromatographic column was Kromasi1C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase was acetonitrile and water and process the two dimension gradient elution (acetonitrile 5%/0 min~10%/20 min;10%/20 min~12%/60 min); column temperature was 25℃;flow rate was 1.0ml/min; analysis wavelength was 260 nm. [Results] The ten groups of stir-baked semen strychni in sand had nine common peak and better reproduction quality of relative retention time. The RSD was little than 0.36%. The methodology had a better stablity,reproducibility and degree of precision. [Conclusion] To brief establish the alkaloid drug action locus finger printing analysis method of stir-baked semen strychni in sand.
