浅谈百合病之病名及脏腑病位

摘要:

对中医病证的名称和病位的认识,直接影响到对该病证治疗思路和治疗原则的建立。应从临床实际出发,充分吸取前贤的经验,以中医的思维方法解决临床问题,百合病是其中典型的一种。百合病病名的由来,历代医家认识颇不一致,可谓见仁见智,主要有以下几种观点:主药命名说;证候特点命名说;病机命名说;病因命名说。百合病病位在何脏腑,也有不同观点:注重于肺;注重肺心;注重肺肾;定位于肝。

Abstract:

Which comprehension on the name and position of TCM diseases and syndromes may directly impact on the foundation of the treatment principle and thoughts about the diseases.We should solve the problem of TCM by TCM method,which based on clinical practice and prevenient wisdoms persons experience.Lily disease was a representative example.There were a lot of cognitions on the origin of the name of Lily disease.For example,theory of denomination with chief herbs,theory of denomination with syndrome characteristic,theory of denomination with pathogenesis,theory of denomonation with etiopathogenisis.There were four viewpoints on Zang-fu position of Lily disease.For example,emphasizing the position on lung, lung and heart,lung and kidney,liver.
