| [目的]探讨复方苦参注射液对肿瘤血管形成的抑制作用。[方法]通过建立小鼠肿瘤模型,运用免疫组化方法,观察复方苦参注射液对小鼠移植性S180肉瘤血管形成抑制作用。[结果]小鼠腹腔注射复方苦参注射液0.3,0.6g/kg,连续8d后瘤体较对照组分别减小25%,36% ;瘤体微血管密度较对照组分别减小32%,40% 。[结论]复方苦参注射液能够抑制肿瘤的生长,具有抑制肿瘤血管形成的作用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of inhibiting angiogenesis by Fufangkushen Injection.[Methods] The experimental treatment in mice tumor model observe inhibiting angiogenesis in mice S180 sarcoma by Fufangkushen Injection by immunohistochemistry.[Results] Mice were intraperitoneally injected with Fufangkushen Injection of 0.3,0.6 g/kg.After 8 days,tumor weights diminish 25%,36% compared with the control group.The vascular density of S180 sarcoma diminish 32%,40% compared with the control group.[Conclusion] Fufangkushen Injection have inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma and strong inhibitory effects on angiogenesis. |
