复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗肝癌疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。[方法]选择无手术指征的中晚期肝癌患者30例,随机分为治疗组16例,对照组14例,观察近期疗效、生存质量(卡氏评分、临床症状改善积分),及不良反应变化。[结果]治疗组患者白细胞下降率,胃肠道反应率降低,近期有效率、卡式评分增加,与对照组比较差异均有显著意义。[结论]复方苦参注射液有抗肿瘤、提高生存质量、减轻化疗不良反应的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Complex Sophorae Injection combining with chemotherapy on treating primary hepatic carcinoma.[Methods] The middle and advanced stage of liver cancer patients were randomly divided into treatrnent group and control group. To observe clinical effect on the near future, living quality(cassette score and clinical symptoms improvement score) and toxin-side effect change.[Results] The leucocyte depression rate and gastrointestinal tract reaction rate decreased on treatment group;the effective rate on the near future and cassette score increase on treatrnent group. Compared to control group, there was obviously differentiation on clinical effect.[Conclusion] The Complex Sophorae Injection may resist tumor, increase living quality and relieve toxin-side effect.
