摘要:

[目的]观察咳喘方治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期中医辨证属于痰热型的疗效。[方法]治疗组予咳喘方,对照组予泼尼松15mg,1次/d。[结果]治疗组临床控显率和总有效率分别为68.8%和87.5%对照组临床控显率和总有效率分别为50.0%和85.7%,两组比较有显著性差异P<0.05。[结论]咳喘方对支气管哮喘急性发作期有肯定疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Kechuan prescription on treating acute episode stage of phlegm-heat type of bronchial asthma.[Methods] The patients of treatment group were treated by Kechuan prescription and that of control group were treated by prednisone.[Results] The clinical control excellence rate and total effective rate of treatment group were 68.8% and 87.5% and those of control group were 50% and 85.7%. There had obviously differentiation on two groups (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The Kechuan prescription had positively curative effect on acute episode stage of phlegm-heat type of bronchial asthma.
