摘要:

[目的]观察通脉降脂颗粒对于冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、血流变的影响。[方法]选择Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为6组,除空白组以外每组予以高脂饲料喂养3周,并提前1周予以灌胃给药,然后进行PTCA术造模,造模后持续给药3周,取血采集样本。[结果]在胆固醇、甘油三酯方面,模型组与空白组相比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),证明模型制造成功;模型组和通脉降脂预防组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在血浆黏度、血小板聚集率方面,空白组和模型组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),而通脉降脂和模型组比较两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]通脉降脂颗粒对PTCA术后再狭窄具有一定的预防作用,同时对于肝肾功能无损害。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of tongmaijiangzhi granules on blood fat and hemorheology after the percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty operation.[Methods] Sixty maleness Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups(blank group, model group, high fat group, the prevenion group of tongmaijiangzhi granules, the prevenion group of tongxinluo capsule, the prevenion group of probucol). Except for the rats belong to blank group, every rat was fed to high fat feedstuff in three weeks. Before earring out percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty operation, we keep on feeding rats on medicine one week. We made the percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty rat model after one week. Then keep on feeding the rats to medicine three weeks. After three weeks, we gathered blood specimen and carried out chemical examination.[Results] There are conspicuous significance in the level of cholesterin, triglyceride between the blank group and model group(P<0.05). The result shows that the model is successful. There are conspicuous reduce in the level of cholesterin, triglyceride between the prevention group of tongmaijiangzhi grain and the model group (P<0.05). In blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate aspect, there are obviously changes between the blank group and the model group (P<0.05), between the model group and the tongmaijiang zhigraian prevention group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The experiment results shows that the tongmaijiangzhi grain has the function of suppressing the level of cholesterin, triglyceride, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate, has some extent function of preventing restenosis after the percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty operation. The tongmaijaingzhi grain is not harmful to the function of liver and kidney.
