反相高效液相色谱法测定明党参果实中呋喃香豆素的含量*

摘要:
[目的]建立明党参果实中主要成分含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定方法。[方法]采用Lichrospher5-C18(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水溶液(70:30),柱温30℃,检测波长312nm,流速1.0mL/min,用外标定量法,测定明党参果实中呋喃香豆素的含量。[结果]呋喃香豆素的线性范围0.16~2.56μg,r=0.9999,回收率为99.2657%,峰面积(RSD)为1.7199%。[结论]该方法简便、可信,线性范围良好,可作为明党参果实的含量测定方法。

Determination of furocoumarin in the fruit of changium smyrnioides by anti-HPLC

Abstract:
[Objection] To establish a determining method by HPLC for the main components of fruit of Changium smyrnioides.[Methods] The content was determined using Lichrospher5-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm)column with methanol-water (70:30) as mobile phaseh the column temperature was 30℃h the wave length of detection was 312 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.[Results] The liner range of furocoumarine was 0.16~2.56 μg, r=0.999 9. The recovery rate was 99.265 7% and RSD 1.719 9%.[Conclusions] The method is easy and credible with a good linear range. It can be used to determine the content of furocoumarine from the fruit of Changium smyrnioides.
