正交实验优选银屑灵涂膜剂的提取工艺*

摘要:
[目的]优选银屑灵涂膜剂中大黄、土大黄的优化提取工艺。[方法]采用正交设计实验,以大黄素含量为指标,考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3种因素对提取结果的影响。[结果]最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量水,提取3次,2h/次。[结论]所筛选的提取工艺可将大黄素提取完全,结果稳定可靠,可作为银屑灵涂膜剂中大黄等成分的优化提取工艺。

Optimization of extracting technique for Coating Material of Yinxieling by orthogonal test

Abstract:
[Objection] To optimize the extracting technique of rhubarb and rumex madaio in the Coating Material of Yinxieling(treating psoriasis effectively).[Methods] Using the design of orthogonal test and taking the content of emodin as the parameter the effect of the multiple of added water, time length of extraction and the times of extracting on the extracting result was observed.[Results] The best extraction technique was adding 10-fold water, extracting for 3 times and for 2 hours.[Conclusions] The screened technique can extract the emodin completely with stable and replicable results and can be used for the production and preparation of this Coating Material of Yinxieling.
