摘要:

探讨了"司揣内外"的概念和应用及其临床意义和重要性。认为"司揣内外"是以外知内、知常达变,纯真的观察诊断方法;是研究病机的特异方法;是因果关系的辨证方法;是以点治面、标本缓急的治疗原则。是人们在对人体生命运动及疾病的观察、探索过程中,积累大量医学经验知识的基础上,汲取先秦哲学思想和逻辑思维方法,形成独特的医学科学方法,具有非常重要的临床指导意义和应用价值。

Abstract:

To explore the clinical meaning and important role of the concept and application of "conjecture of exterior and interior events". The "conjecture of exterior and interior events" was a observation and diagnosis method, a specific method for researching the pathogenesis and a differentiation method of symptoms and signs for cause-effect relation. The "conjecture of exterior and interior events"was also a therapeutic principle to treat the whole disease from treating some minimal syndrome and treating both the principal and secondary aspects of a disease. The generation basis of the "conjecture of exterior and interior events"came from the life movement of human body and the observation on disease. In this course a great quantity of medicine experience was accumulated. The "conjecture of exterior and interior events"absorbed the philosophy thought and Logical thinking method in the earlier qin-dynasty period and had very important instructive role in the clinical practice and had value for application.
