浅谈推拿手法与疗效的关系

摘要:

推拿手法的个体特异性造成了不同的疗效、不同的疗程,所以要通过规范推拿手法来提高临床疗效。手法疗效的提高,离不开以下3个方面:1)法之所施,气至病所。2)法之所施,患不知苦。3)法之所施,医守其神。此外,还需在治疗过程中讲求条理,既全面又突出重点,使治疗手法安排得当,有条不紊。通常,在手法力度上应遵循先轻后重的顺序,在治疗部位上应先外周后患处、先外侧后内侧、最后整体的顺序,在手法频度上应遵循先缓后急的顺序,治疗总体上应充分体现持久、有力、均匀、柔和,或刚中求柔,或柔中求刚,刚柔相济。

Abstract:

The individual specificity of manipulation maneuver resulted in different curative ef-fect and course of treatment. So the specification manipulation maneuver may increase clinical effect. The enhancement of manipulation maneuver mainly included to three aspects. The first was that manipulation maneuver may promote focal arrival of acuesthesia. The second was that manipulation maneuver may alleviate the pain of the patients. The third was that manipulation maneuver may keep the mind of patients. Besides, manipulation maneuver should pay attention to systematic treatment and a priority order of patients. The manipulation maneuver should abide by the sequence of lightly power in advance and heavy power in the end. The treatment position should abide by the order from periphery to afflicted part, from lateral to wall, the whole in the end. The frequence of manipulation maneuver should abide by the order from slowly to frequent. The whole treatment principal should sufficient embody duration, powerful, uniformity, gentle and regulations of hard stems and soft terms.
