| [目的]考察血栓通氯化钠注射液对豚鼠的全身过敏作用,对家兔红细胞的体外溶血作用及对家兔血管的刺激作用。[方法]用豚鼠进行血栓通氯化钠注射液的全身用药的过敏性实验,用家兔进行溶血性和血管刺激实验。[结果]血栓通氯化钠注射液豚鼠注射给药不产生过敏反应,体外直接接触红细胞不产生溶血现象,连续7d家兔耳缘静脉注射给药,肉眼观察未见耳部血管有明显充血、水肿等刺激反应;病理组织学检查表明,本品对家兔耳缘静脉内膜、内皮组织及周围组织无致损伤作用和刺激性;本品单次或多次滴入家兔眼睛,对家兔眼结膜、角膜、虹膜等黏膜组织均无明显刺激作用。[结论]血栓通氯化钠注射液对豚鼠无过敏反应,无溶血及红细胞凝聚现象,对用药血管和眼也没有刺激性反应。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objection] To observe the hypersensitivity, stimulation on blood vessel, and hemol-ysis of Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection. [Methods] The hypersensitive reaction on guinea-pig, the stimulation reaction on blood vessel of rabbit, and the hemolysis and agglomeration reaction on vitro-body red cell of rabbits of Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection were studied. [Results] Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection, 10 mL/kg, iv, once a day for seven days, showed no hypersensitive action on guinea-pig, no stimulation on blood vessel of rabbits, no hemolysis and agglomeration on vitro-body red cells of rabbits. [Conclusion] Xueshuantong Sodium Chloride Injection has no hypersensitivity, stimulation on blood vessel and hemolysis. |
