解毒化瘀法治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

摘要:

[目的]通过解毒化瘀法方药治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床观察,初步总结其临床效果。[方法]按随机1:1分组的方法,以"正清风痛宁"片剂为对照,分别将起效时间、主要症状体征、整体功能以及相关实验室指标等,进行治疗前后以及与对照组之间的比较,应用t检验、秩和检验等统计学方法处理观测数据。[结果]采用该法对活动期RA起效快,消肿止痛明显,未见不良反应,且明显降低血沉和类风湿因子滴度,控制活动期增高的免疫球蛋白。[结论]针对RA活动期"邪毒、痰饮、血瘀"胶结的病机特点所确立的解毒化瘀法,能够在较短时间内有效控制炎症,缓解疼痛、减轻肿胀、改善功能、调节免疫,且不良反应少、安全性高。

Abstract:

[Objective] Through the clinical observation of detoxication and activating blood stasis in treating active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) we initially summarized its clinical results.[Methods] According to the method of 1:1 random division of group and taking Zhengqing Fengtongning tablets as the control we compared respectively the effective time,the main symptoms and signs,the whole body functions,the related laboratory indexes before and after treatment and between groups.The data were dealt with by T test,rank sum test,etc.statistically.[Results] This treatment method showed a rapid effect without adverse reactions in active rheumatoid arthritis.It had good effect of detumescence and analgesia and could significantly decrease ESR and rheumatoid factor.It could decrease the increased lever of immunoglobulin in active rheumatoid arthritis.[Conclusion] We establish the treatment method of detoxication and activating blood stasis according to the pathogenesis features of active rheumatoid arthritis,including toxin,phlegm and fluid,blood stasis cementation.This treatment method can effectively control the inflammation in a short time,relieve the pain,reduce the swelling and regulate immunization function.It has little side effects and high safety and can be easily accepted by patients.
