针药并用辨证治疗脑梗死急性期痰热腑实型便秘32例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察针药并用治疗脑梗死急性期痰热腑实型便秘的疗效观察。[方法]对属于脑梗死急性期痰热腑实型便秘32例患者以针药并用的方法进行治疗观察其治疗效果,并与同期开塞露治疗的34例作对照观察。[结果]治疗组32例中临床痊愈17例,显效11例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为96.9%;对照组34例中,临床痊愈9例,显效10例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率为79.4%。便秘的主要症状包括排便间隔时间、排便费力情况、便质情况,组内和组间的比较结果在治疗21 d时都具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]针药并用治疗脑梗死急性期便秘效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

[Objection] To observe clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combination on treating constipation with phlegm pyretic and FU-Organ sthenia syndrome of acute stage cerebral infarction. [Methods] The thirty-two patients of treatment group were treated by acupuncture and medicine combination and that of control group were treated by Kaisailu.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9% that included to clinical well-healed (17 cases),excellence (11 cases),effective (3 cases) and ineffective (1 case).The total effective rate of control group was 79.4% that included to clinical well-healed (9 cases),excellence (10 cases),effective (8 cases) and ineffective (7 case).The improvement rate of cardinal symptom of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control which included to defaecation interval time,defaecation exertion condition,etc (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The acupuncture and medicine combination had an obviously curative effect on treating constipation with phlegm pyretic and FU-Organ sthenia syndrome of acute stage cerebral infarction.The acupuncture and medicine combination method was worth to be generalizing and applicating in clinic.
