| [目的]探讨肺气虚大鼠血、尿中β2-微球蛋白的变化。[方法]采用熏烟加气管滴加脂多糖造肺气虚模型,用放射免疫方法检查大鼠血、尿中的β2-微球蛋白。[结果]经熏烟后的肺气虚组大鼠血、尿中β2-微球蛋白较正常对照组有明显改变。[结论]造模后肺气虚组大鼠的肾脏受到—定程度的损害,从实验方面证明了中医肺病及肾的理论。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To explore the change of blood and urine β2-microglobulin in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.[Methods] The model of lung-Qi deficiency was established by using hypatmism and dropwising lipopolysaccharide (LPS) into windpipe and the blood and urine β2-microglobulin was determined by using radio-immunity method.[Results] There was obvious change in blood and urine β2-microglobulin after the hypatmism in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.[Conclusion] There is a certain kidney injury in rats with deficiency of lung Qi.This study may prove the TCM theory of that the lung diseases may affect the kidney. |
