扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者用扶正化瘀胶囊治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能、血清肝纤维化指标的变化。[方法]治疗组27例患者服用由上海中医药大学肝病研究所研制的扶正化瘀胶囊,口服剂量为1.5g/次,3次/d;对照组25例只给予常规护肝治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。[结果]扶正化瘀胶囊可有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状与体征;恢复肝功能,其效果与具明确保肝降酶作用的药物相同。扶正化瘀胶囊具有明显抗肝纤维化作用,治疗组治疗后血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)较治疗前明显下降,两组比较有明显差异。[结论]扶正化瘀胶囊除有明确保肝作用外,还有一定的抗肝纤维化作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the change of clinical symptoms,signs,liver function,serum hepatic fibrosis indices in patients of chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis before and after treatment with Fuzheng Huayu (Tonifying vital QI and Removing stasis) capsule.[Methods] Twenty-seven patients in treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Huayu capsule manufactured in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute,1.5 g,three times a day.25 patients in control group were treated with conventional protective liver therapeutics.Both groups were treated for three months.[Result] Fuzheng Huayu capsule could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs in patients with chronic hepatitis B and restore the liver function.The effects are same with the drugs having a significant role to protect liver and reduce enzymes.Fuzheng Huayu Capsule had obvious protective effects against liver fibrosis.After treatment,serum hyaluronic acid (HA) ,laminin (LN) ,Ⅲprocollagen (PC-Ⅲ) ,Ⅳcollagen (Ⅳ-C) were all significantly reduced,with significant difference.[Conclusion] Fuzhenghuayu capsule can not only express liver-protecting effect,but also have the effect of certain anti-liver fibrosis.
